Shop Besos is here to help.
We understand that online shopping can be intimidating and sizing may be confusing. Therefore, if, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return and receive full refund of item(s) returned within 14 days of delivered date. We can also offer exchanges. Please email us for more help at email@example.com.
Item(s) MUST be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, or unaltered in any way with original tags attached. NO EXCEPTIONS. After the 14th day your item(s) will be considered final sale. All accessories are final sale.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Place note inside of return package with your Name, Order Number and Reason for return
- Best to be wise and purchase a tracking number for your return, we are not responsible if your package is lost and we may not be able to process your refund
Returns will be processed within 5-10 business days of receipt and will be credited back to the payment method you used during purchase. Please note: We do not cover shipping costs on returns. We will send you an email confirming the return has been processed and refund process has begun.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
Shop Besos reserves the right to limit and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history that may be indicative of “wardrobing”
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items
- Suspicion of potential fraudulent or criminal activity
In addition, Shop Besos reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to any actions noted above.
