The United States Postal Service is currently facing unprecedented challenges due to under funding and COVID-19. 

Unfortunately, there's no way to guarantee delivery dates at this time. USPS is extremely backlogged at the moment due to the pandemic and they are prioritizing emergency supplies. You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as it’s on the way! At this point, we cannot predict how these challenges will affect shipments in the future. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. Please be patient with shipments, as they may be held up in the mail. Shipping insurance claims and lost packages protocols will be in line with USPS policy at the time of shipment. This boutique will not be held responsible for shipping delays and losses unless an insurance claim is approved. All packages are are fully covered.


Due to a 20% value-added tax (VAT) that must be collected for all goods entering the United Kingdom (UK) starting Jan 01/2021, I will no longer be shipping to the UK. I am very sorry to my UK customers, but I simply do not have the means to collect this tax.



Domestic shipping is still available! I am shipping domestic orders via USPS multiple times a week! Please note that the United States Postal Service is under a lot of strain right now, so your package may take an additional 2-3 days to reach you beyond the regular shipping times. A domestic package is not considered "lost" until 15 business days after the day it was shipped. Due to strains places on the USPS postal system by COVID-19 all international packages will be shipped via UPS until further notice. For Mexico and Canada packages will be shipped UPS International Standard. For the rest of the world packages will be shipped UPS Worldwide Expedited. Please read UPS service alerts for your country, many countries are experiencing delays or cannot be shipped to at this time. If your shipping address is in one of the countries that UPS cannot ship to right now, please do not place an order. Your package will not be able to make it to you and will be sent back to me (hopefully!!). Refunds will only be given when and if I receive a refund from the UPS. Please allow extra time for COVID-19 related delays, the postal services of many countries are incredibly strained right now.

You may also experience “landing fees” when your package goes through customs. So far these fees have included taxes from the destination country and a “brokerage fee” from UPS. These fees will be different in every country. I have no control over these fees, nor can I predict them, but they seem them around $30CAD for Canada. 

I have made this change from USPS to UPS due to issues with the USPS. The United States Postal Service has suspended service to a number of countries due to the suspension of postal service in those countries, or unavailability of transportation. Additionally, A number of international packages to countries that are not restricted on this list have been stuck without tracking and never reached their destination country. I am sorry to make this change because it does increase the cost of shipping for my international customers, but I am hoping more packages arrive safely with UPS.

Shipping Policies

  • Domestic shipments are shipped USPS priority or First Class depending on weight.

  • International shipments are shipped UPS Standard to Mexico and Canada and UPS Expedited to the rest of the world. Customers receiving international packages may be charged import taxes and brokerage fees by UPS. I cannot estimate or precharge you these fees. I have no power over the rates of the import taxes. They are different in every country. If the fees are not paid by the customer the package will be abandoned or returned to me. Full refunds are not available in this situation.

  • A domestic package is not considered "lost" until 15 business days after the day it was shipped.

  • No replacements will be made if the item is "marked delivered" by the postal service at the address you provided.

  • If your purchase arrives damaged, please immediately photograph it and contact me.

  • No replacements will be made 60 days after the ship date.

  • For international orders, replacements will not be made until after the insurance claim is approved by UPS, and will not be made if the insurance claim is not approved.
